Upcoming concert by Bishan Park Secondary School
Dear all existing Choir members and seniors,

Do you still remember the Choir from Bishan Park Secondary School? We had an exchange with them on 11April2008. They will be having a concert on 4th July, Friday. The venue is at Singapore Conference Hall. The price of ticket is $12. The concert will start from 7.15pm onwards.

Shall this be our 2nd Choir's outing? And let's go support the friends whom you have made during the Choir Exchange and Mr. Goh. :)

Pls tell me your response by tagging in the Choir blog OR in my blog OR sms me. Look forward to hearing from you .

Take care.

cheers,
mdmJ

Amazing Race Recce on 24May, Sat
The 2 Days of Choir Camp has come to an end.

You've discovered things that you don't normally... But
Now, you know the names of the form teachers of all classes;
You know where E1-11 is (~_~)
You know where to find toilet papers in case of emergency in the future;
You know how many "th" in "All Things Bright and Beautiful";
You know how difficult it can be when comes to giving instructions or communicating with others
You know how to make use of daily things (e.g: Majhong) to bring across your ideas effectively to your teammates when playing the Lego game.
You know how fast you can RUN actually!
You know how frustrated it can be when you don't understand the instructions, and yet, you still have to do it!
You know how "evil" Mr. Goh and I can be ...
But last but not least, you know that you've done something unusual and that is truly AMAZING.

During the 2 days of Choir Camp, many photos and videos are taken. Now, I am still in the process of collating, editing and uploading to my online flickr photo album.

Prior to the actual Amazing Race on the 2nd day of Choir Camp, the students' helpers, Mr. Goh and I have a trial run of the Race.

We met 2pm at Clementi Bus Interchange. Took bus #96 to the oldest university in Singapore --> National University of Singapore (NUS). Then raced to the following places in this sequence: Vivo City (Harbour Front), Chinese Heritage Center & People's Park Complex (Chinatown), Speakers' Corner (Clarke Quay), a Catholic church (Dhoby Ghaut) and raced to Block 209 at Kovan. It ended at about 7pm.

100% of fun. 200% of sweat.

For the complete sets of photos on the Recce, pls click HERE (from mdmJ&Jess) and HERE (from Mr.Goh)

More photos will be uploaded soon. Stay tune.

Meanwhile, enjoy the slideshow. :)

Cheers,
mdmJ
